David Roth became President of WorkMatters, Inc, in October, 2003. Prior to taking on full-time leadership of WorkMatters, he was Vice President, Business Development and Marketing for J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc., of Lowell, Ark. Prior to joining J.B. Hunt in 1999, David was Senior Vice President, Marketing for Manugistics, a supply chain management software provider in Maryland and Vice President, Marketing for American Software in Atlanta, Ga. He also has nine years of supply chain management experience with McKesson Corporation in San Francisco, Calif., and Harrison, Ark. Roth has a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Arkansas. He resides in Fayetteville, AR, with his wife, Theresa, and their two sons. They are members of Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville.

Sam Bates joined WorkMatters in June, 2007. Prior to joining the WorkMatters team Bates was Chief Operating Officer of Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, AR. Prior to that, Sam had a 20-year career in the healthcare industry. He served as Senior Vice President of Strategic and Business Development at Washington Regional Health System in Fayetteville, AR. In addition, he also worked with Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield/Health Advantage and Baptist Health, Little Rock over ten years in a number of executive leadership roles both in operations and product development. He also served on the executive leadership team of White River Medical Center, Batesville, AR, and Charter Springs Hospital in Ocala, FL. Bates has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Harding University, Searcy, AR, and a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO. He resides in Fayetteville with his wife of twenty-five years, Jodi, and they have three children: Trevor, Maggie and Emma. They attend New Heights Church in Fayetteville.
