Through Kairos:

Students will:
- Define and live out a strong theology of work through a meaningful work experience
- Develop mentorship relationships with Kairos staff, at-work mentors, and other business professionals
- Deepen relationship with Jesus through weekly Bible study and integrating faith and work daily
- Get exposure to a real-world business environment
- Develop key business skills
- Be equipped to craft a life vision
Businesses will:
- Receive top-notch talent in Kairos interns
- Both job-seeking graduating seniors in summer 2010 were offered full-time positions at their respective companies
- Serve as a viable and valuable connection to what God is doing in the marketplace by training young talent
- Get students hungry to refine business skill and be shaped by strong faith-at-work wisdom
