Here are the details:
  • Kairos is a ten-week program, running from late May through the end of July.
  • The cost of the program is $2,000, but don't forget, you earn $10 per hour everyday.
  • If a student currently lives in Fayetteville, they can work with the Kairos advisors to finish out their lease. If a student is from out of town, a Fayetteville residence will be provided.

  • Intentional Mentoring and Cirriculum - Programming and training in leadership and business skill, theology of work, and business as missions.

Ben Kirksey - Director, Men's Team Leader, Women's Team Leader

Ben is passionate about equipping young talent to utilize their gifts for maximum stewardship.  He is a co-founder of Kairos and an account manager at Northstar Partnering Group.  Prior to joining Northstar in 2008, Ben served through Teach for America, teaching high school science from 2006-2008 in Halifax County, North Carolina.  He holds a degree in economics from the University of Arkansas.

Clay Bell - Kairos Advisor

Clay has been involved in helping business professionals integrate faith and work for the past thirteen years.  He is a co-founder of Kairos, managing partner of Ideos, LLC and the director of Business Development at Northstar Partnering Group.  Prior to joining Northstar in 2001, Clay was a management consultant for Cornerstone Group from 1998-2001 and the campus director for Student Mobilization at the University of Arkansas from 1993-1998.  He holds a degree in finance from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from John Brown University.
