JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for management of HR Generalist functions including Compliance, Talent Management, Retention, Compensation, Management Reporting, HR Processes, and Employee Relations.

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs generalist HR duties in areas including Compliance, Talent Management, Retention, Compensation, Reporting and Employee Relations.
• Serves as a resource for employees regarding policies, procedures, handbook content, retirement plans, paid time off, leave of absences, employee assistance, insurance benefits, etc.
• Researches labor market, wage surveys, and industry to determine appropriate compensation structures that align with company strategy for all locations and positions
• Completes all administrative duties and communication requirements relative to Workers Compensation cases
• Responsible for conducting employee orientations and providing an effective employee orientation process for all locations, in support of company mission, values and goals
• Develops and/or conducts training courses as needed for employees in a variety of areas potentially including handbook content, harassment prevention, benefits, team building, etc.
• Provides guidance to supervisors/managers as needed on performance evaluations, counseling, retention, employee development, documentation, compensation and other areas to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
• Maintains records as needed relative to hires, transfers, promotions, compensation, performance reviews, terminations, employee development, and employee statistics for internal and government reporting
• Responsible for tracking turnover, conducting exit interviews, determining resulting trends and patterns, and providing appropriate relative feedback and recommendations for company leaders
• Assists as needed in annual open enrollment processes
• Responsible for learning and understanding company culture and creating and/or driving appropriate employee retention programs/processes with leaders throughout the organization
• Maintains knowledge of HR related laws and requirements and government reporting regulations and ensures company policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor degree and at least 3 years of related HR experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially with Excel
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical HR reports, legal documents, and basic financial information
• Strong interpersonal skills needed to effectively respond to common inquiries from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the business community
• Must possess CSMI's core values
• Ability to speak fluent Spanish is a plus

JOB SUMMARY:

Sales position in the metal building components industry will require successful management of all elements of the assigned territory in order to meet/exceed territory goals.

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develops and implements strategic sales plans, meeting and/or exceeding goals
• Identify and survey prospective customers by phone, then deal effectively in person
• Aggressively develop new business; meeting and/or exceeding sales and gross margin goals
• Input towards sales budgets and plans
• Work with Territory Manager partners to maintain and grow existing customers
• Provides guidance, leadership, and direction to all areas of the territory management
• Develops and maintains a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for territory
• Determining customer needs; communicating features and benefits effectively
• Apply and develop professional sales skills, ability to sell consultatively
• Have or develop an understanding of the metal building business
• Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
• Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition
• Participates in periodic inventories as needed
• Involvement in the credit & account establishment processes for new customers
• Desire to be involved in work functions bridging the gap between sales and management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor degree in relative field or equivalent job experience
• Minimum of one year proven field sales success in meeting and / or exceeding sales quotas preferred.
• Approximately 50% travel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Sufficient organizational and planning skills
• Ability to learn and practice the "cold call" function of our business
• Understanding of all Job Duties and responsibilities of a Post-frame and/or Commercial Territory Sales Manager.
• Self-starter with leadership skills and willingness to take ownership and be a team player

All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished. The offices are in Bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville and Siloam Springs. They estimate 6 hours/night (includes drive time) work.This is an immediate opening to start July 1st. Candidates must be able to speak English and have a clean background.

This is a salaried, full-time position.

PURPOSE:
Lead and execute programs to be developed for greeting card product lines. Follow direction as set by Senior Product Manager (SPM). Focus on internal execution, but must be knowledgeable and have good awareness at the customer level.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute Programs. Aligns short-term daily tasks to long-term strategies. Assists in defining program requirements. Works to execute programs on time. Handles data entry and filing needs. (Performed daily, about 40% of the time) Understand and align with set strategy. Operates within strategic direction set by SPM. Seeks to learn and develop strategic skills through training and observation. Focuses on one-year timeline. Conveys set strategy to cross-functional counterparts. Makes all business decisions based on aligned strategic direction. (Performed daily, about 20% of the time)

Research and analyze products, markets and consumers. Strives to understand influences that impact consumer behavior and decision-making. Seeks to learn more about different customers and how they operate. Continually conducts informal research on target consumer. Understands qualitative and quantitative research that has been done and executes based on that information. (Performed daily about 15% of the time)

Manage Costs. Makes daily decisions based on financial goals established for the line. Grasps basic financial concepts. Understands how financial concepts relate to business objectives. Seeks simple and practical improvements that impact the financial forecasts. (Performed daily, about 15% of the time) Represent DaySpring. Assists in preparation of presentation and selling materials. Interacts with other departments to ensure on-time execution. (Performed daily, about 10% of the time)
