Training Ground

My previous employer, SVI, a powerhouse training and development firm, really challenged and amped my writing skills and creativity. While at SVI, I had the opportunity to work as part of the team to refine the first Workmatters Study on the Book of Nehemiah for its marketplace release. Before moving to Arkansas, I worked for the National Association of Mothers’ Centers, a nonprofit that provides resources for mothers and families, and Legend Development Services where I provided sales training and coaching. Prior to that, I worked for several organizations engaged in developing and teaching technology solutions.

I love the outdoors, music and art, dancing and visiting with close friends sharing a slice of life together.

My first hero is Jesus, because He is my one and only savior, He has rescued me and loves me with a love that is bigger than I can contain. And it is thanks to my mother, Rochelle, that I know Jesus and have faith in Him. She has always been there for me through many challenging times. I know that her prayers have been powerful and she shares the love of Christ with me without fail. I am very grateful for her.

Best Advice Received

Let go and let God.

Listen to

I love Contemporary Christian music. I also love jazz, classical (the kind that is a bit more upbeat and artistic), new age and pop. I love music. Aside from music, I also love listening to excellent Christian teachers including Joyce Meyer, Andy Stanley and Michael Hyatt, to name just a few.

Dream Destination

Australia. I love the ocean and would love to visit the Great Barrier Reef and swim with dolphins. I also have had a lifelong desire to visit Egypt.

Most People Don’t Know this About Me

I LOVE the cello and played for many years. I dream of owning a cello again so I can pick it up and play now and then.

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
