Equipping young professionals to develop a Christ-centric passion for work.

Northwest Arkansas | Little Rock

Your work matters.

God’s purpose for your work far surpasses making a living. The arc of the gospel presents a God who invites ordinary human beings into His project of redeeming and renewing all things. As you entered the workforce this invitation to transform culture was extended to you.

We believe that embracing the whole story of God is the key for you to conquer the practical challenges of growing a career and propel you into leadership that has an eternal impact on the world.

The Workmatters Institute is a three-month intensive faith and leadership development experience coupled with a twelve-month mentorship program that combines the best of leadership equipping and intentional community, helping career-minded young professionals pursue God’s purpose for their work.

The 2020 Workmatters Institute Spring session begins February 20th and ends May 14th. Our program requires a significant investment. The great news is that previous alumni, sponsors and other donors all give back to WMI to offset some of the cost. Total costs exceed $3,000 per person. However, because of the generous support others provide, tuition is $1,000. Financial scholarships and schedule payments plans are available. If you are interested in either of these, please let us know when you fill out your application. For more on the cost and schedule, download the info sheet.
