Every Spring and Fall, we select a class 20 early-career Christian leaders from all industries who are hungry to grow spiritually and professionally. Each week you will gather with these peers for a theology class, executive speaker or leadership retreat. Every month you will meet with your mentor group. Through these program elements and the carefully curated curriculum you will develop a deep network of like-minded professionals and a clear vision and tool for your leadership at work.
