Team Leader, The Harvest Group
Kali Davis is a native of Hendersonville, Tennessee. From 2006-2010, she attended Furman University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and played Women’s Basketball. After college, she accepted a sales job at Procter & Gamble. P&G transferred her and her husband, Grant, to Fayetteville almost five years ago. Two years ago, she made the decision to leave her job as a Senior Account Executive at P&G to join The Harvest Group.
Kali spends her days partnering with clients to grow their business at Walmart and Sam’s. Kali is also on the board at AAO (Arkansas Athletes outreach) and is a member of the Christian Women in the Workplace Leadership Team. In her free time, she loves to run, spend time with her newborn baby boy, and have deep conversations.
She is extremely humbled to have been given the opportunity to serve on the Workmatters board. As a Workmatters Institute alumni, Kali believes deeply in the life-changing power of Workmatters. Kali is thrilled to play a role in advancing Workmatters’ mission of equipping 1,000,000 leaders of faith by 2025.
