To which session of the 2019 Workmatters Institute are you applying? *

The 2019 Workmatters Institute is a 16-week commitment, with weekly meetings, a monthly Saturday event and about two hours of reading/reflection each week. Please explain anything that might inhibit your ability to commit to the Institute.

The standard tuition is $1,000, which covers all materials and expenses. Are you planning on applying for need-based financial assistance? *
